I wanted to post this just to let anyone know that may be thinking about painting a picnic table, don't do it! This was one of those projects that sounded like such a good idea and turned into a nightmare. It took Alex and I a lot of time to get it finished, so much longer than I had anticipated. But I am enjoying the finished product in the backyard.
